The service and your agreement
EntrepreKid — Young Boss Lab is an online entrepreneurship learning club operated by MB Skydis, Perkūnkiemio g. 53, LT-12144 Vilnius, Lithuania; info@mbskydis.com. The purchaser must be 18 or older and the child’s parent or legal guardian. Children aged 6–17 use accounts created and supervised by their guardian. The service provides AI-assisted practical learning, not accredited schooling, financial advice, childcare, or a guarantee of business success.
Price, coverage and renewal
Monthly membership is €59 for the first child and €19 for each additional child, including applicable VAT. Two parents are included without extra charge. Before payment you choose and see the child-place count and exact monthly total. Payment is due at checkout and the subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Creating or archiving child profiles does not silently change your bill. Additional places must be purchased explicitly. Changing a paid plan displays the recurring total and any immediate prorated charge before confirmation. Business materials, devices, delivery and project costs are not included.
Cancellation, refunds and consumer rights
The account owner can cancel future renewals in the billing portal. Access continues until the paid period ends. Failed or overdue payments can pause learning while saved work remains accessible to parents. Contact info@mbskydis.com for billing errors, refunds or withdrawal requests. Consumers in the EEA generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance service agreement. If you request performance during that period, applicable law may permit a proportionate charge for service already supplied. We do not require a blanket waiver of statutory rights. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.
Real-world responsibilities
Earning money is a learning goal, not a promise. Parents are responsible for supervising activities and checking local age, work, tax, business, consumer and platform rules. Children must not meet strangers, spend money, create public accounts, use hazardous tools, sell restricted goods, or publish personal information without appropriate adult approval and supervision. No deception, spam, illegal activity or infringement. Business earnings are recorded as reported until a parent confirms supporting evidence; parent confirmation is not an independent audit.
AI, rewards and your content
AI feedback can be inaccurate. Parents can review every conversation and submission. The platform validates work against learning criteria; this does not certify business results. Screen minutes are optional, non-monetary records controlled by parents. They do not unlock devices automatically, have no cash value, and are separate from business earnings. Parents manually grant time and record redemption. You retain rights to your original work and permit us and our processors to use it only as needed to operate the service.
Availability and resolving problems
We may pause unsafe use or access when payment or guardian permission is missing, and maintain the service for updates. Contact us if a mission, evaluation, or charge seems wrong. We will investigate and correct confirmed errors. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Lithuanian law applies subject to mandatory protections in your country of residence.
